Founded in 1930, the Russian Biotechnological University is one of Russia’s leading institutions in the fields of biotechnology for the food and processing industries, food security, quality management, environmental protection, food chemistry, mechanical engineering, IT, and medicine.

ROSBIOTECH offers multidisciplinary training in 123 study areas within secondary vocational education, bachelor’s, master’s, postgraduate, and residency programs. A distinctive feature of its medical programs is the opportunity to gain expertise in nutrition science, dietetics, and personalized nutrition. The university also implements the “Startup as a Thesis” program, aimed at developing students’ entrepreneurial and management skills.

Currently, more than 8,000 students study at the university, including international students.
