Novgorod Region Invites Compatriots!
On September 4, a video presentation of the state program of the Novgorod Region to assist the voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of compatriots living abroad was held at the Russian House in Brussels. As a reminder, Veliky Novgorod is one of Russia's oldest cities with a rich cultural heritage, while also keeping pace with the times.
