An October evening, a bright autumn mosaic…
From Alexander Borodin and Charles Baudelaire to Béla Bartok and Alexander Pushkin – with a synergy of piano, lyrics and singing!
We invite you to join us for a varied programme prepared by wonderful Belgian artists.
And yes, there will be famous Russian romances too ;)))
Roger Hindrick, pianiste
Also a composer and accompanist, he specialises in poetry-music recitals and likes to describe himself as a ‘musical decorator’.
He composes for the Flemish Ballet and the Béjart Studio, as well as for the theatre.
One of his favourite thoughts is: ‘Music gives heart to our souls’.
Alain Miniot, narrator
From Brussels to the international stages, he has conquered his talent as a reciter.
Professor of the Arts of the Word at the Royal Conservatoires of Lièges and Brussels, he has collaborated with the Alliances Française de Bruxelles-Europe.
Alain Miniot, a life in the service of the poem, is the host of numerous conferences illustrated with texts.
Christine Vandecan, singer
Ever since she was a little girl, Christine has had a dream that has finally come true: to perform on stage as a singer and actress.
Today she is part of an amateur theatre group, sings with Roger and also sings in a group with musicians.
Christine has always been interested in all kinds of music and it’s always a pleasure to share her passion with an audience.
