On July 5, the organizers of the festival-competition “Russian Romance of the Benelux” invite everyone to take part in the first International Festival-Competition of Russian Romance Performers “Romansiada Benelux,” which will take place at the Russian House in Brussels.
The main goals of the competition are to preserve and develop the genre of Russian romance, support young talented performers, promote classical and contemporary romances, as well as lyrical songs in Europe.
Everyone is welcome to participate — from amateurs to professional performers.
The jury includes honored cultural and art figures residing in European countries:
Viktoria Pankratova (Netherlands),
Olga Adamovich (United Kingdom),
Valery Likhachyov (Denmark),
Juliette Kocharova (Belgium),
Alim Shakhmametyev (Czech Republic).
All participants will receive prizes and diplomas. Winners will be eligible to participate in the finals of the International “Romansiada” Competition (led by Honored Artist of Russia and Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation G.S. Preobrazhenskaya).
