Dear readers, lovers of history and literature. The Russian House Library is launching a project dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory.
Meetings will be held regularly on Thursdays from 17:30 to 18:30 (19:00) in the library’s premises.
During the meetings, the following activities are planned:
- introduction to works dedicated to World War II and the Great Patriotic War;
- learning about the lives of front-line writers;
- watching films;
- preparation for and participation in the Victory Dictation;
- participation in workshops dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory;
- presentation of your own works dedicated to the theme of Victory.
The event will be conducted in Russian.
Participants’ age: teenagers from 14 years old and adults.
Registration is required.
The first meeting will take place on January 23 at 17:30 and will be dedicated to the novel Obelisk by front-line writer Vasil Bykov.
