Day of Family, Love and Fidelity

On 4 July at 6:00 p.m., the Russian House in Brussels invites you to the Medal Award Ceremony “For Love and Fidelity”, dedicated to the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity — a celebration that reminds us of the most important values in life: love, devotion, mutual respect, and family happiness.

The central event of the evening will be the presentation of the public award “For Love and Fidelity”, established in 2008 by the Organizing Committee of the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity in the Russian Federation on the initiative of Svetlana Medvedeva.

The medal is awarded to married couples who have lived together for at least 25 years, preserved strong family bonds founded on love and fidelity, raised their children with dignity, and serve as an example to others.

In 2026, special words of appreciation at the Russian House in Brussels will be addressed to a couple celebrating an extraordinary milestone — 64 years of married life. Their story stands as a living testament to the fact that true love can endure through the decades while preserving warmth, trust, and respect.

The festive atmosphere of the evening will be enhanced by the Authors’ Song Festival “Strings of the Russian Soul”, offering guests heartfelt emotions, inspiring music, and unforgettable encounters.
