We invite you to join an online meeting (via video conference) dedicated to the presentation of the regional resettlement program for compatriots in the Pskov Region.

Fifteen years ago, the Pskov Region joined the implementation of the State Program for Compatriot Resettlement. Since 2010, more than 12,000 people from 24 countries have relocated to the region. With its vast territory and strong development potential, the Pskov Region offers wide opportunities for settlement.

Moving is always a serious step. In the Pskov Region, newcomers receive support to overcome challenges, including:
– Financial assistance of up to 50,000 rubles (or more, if needed).
– Compensation for housing rent, education, medical examinations, and other additional social guarantees.

In 2024, the region launched the “Compatriot” Resettlement Assistance Center, offering full personal support — from consultations before the move to job placement in the region.

The Pskov Region is the only one in Russia with an Authorized Representative for Compatriot Affairs — a special official of the regional government who assists with a wide range of issues, from everyday matters to administrative procedures.

Newcomers from all over the world arrive in Pskov. Support is available for transporting belongings, crossing the border, and adapting to life in the region. A dedicated guesthouse is also available for participants of the State Program, and its services are in high demand.

For compatriots, free classes are organized on Russian history, culture, traditions, and selected areas of Russian law. Aspiring entrepreneurs can attend training seminars.
