It’s no secret that teenagers are easily influenced by trendy social movements, rebel, and resist pressure and restrictions on their freedom. In everyday life, it can be difficult to motivate them to learn Russian if they are speaking other languages with their peers at school. The Theatre Studio is a unique developmental hobby that, through engaging interactive classes, allows Russian-speaking teens to immerse themselves more deeply in the language environment of their homeland, familiarize themselves with masterpieces of Russian literature, explore the art of theatre, broaden their horizons, and make new friends while enhancing their creative skills.

Classes at the Theatre Studio will be held once a week for 2 hours on Sundays.  The director is Natalya Luponosova, who has been the head of the theater-studio “Sadko” (Ghent) for more than 10 years.

Artists need to have sportswear with them, ideally black gym shoes or ballet shoes, socks are also possible, as well as water and something light for a snack, and of course, a good mood.

Cost: 150 euros per trimester, trial lesson 15 euros
