When inspiration strikes suddenly — real discoveries are born!
These very words — “That was amazing!” — echoed at the end of a vibrant stage masterclass that brought together guests of all ages at the Russian House. And it all began with a simple yet brilliant idea:
“What if… we asked Ivan Kokorin, a film and theatre actor, to lead a masterclass?”
After all, a major family performance, “True Stories”, was just around the corner — and an extra burst of creative energy certainly wouldn’t hurt!

Luckily for us, Ivan said yes immediately. Soon, the crowd gathered: teens, parents — everyone eager and curious. First came Ivan’s personal story: how a boy from a non-theatrical background ended up on stage. He spoke openly, passionately.
His main message to parents was clear and warm:
“Support children in their dreams — and they will take off.”

Then came the fun part! Stage energy, focus games, attention challenges. One of the highlights was a chaotic, exciting game the kids kept talking about:
Imagine: you’re in a circle. Everyone is reciting their own poem. At the same time, you’re throwing a ball to someone who’s looking at you. And — don’t mess up! It’s dizzying, but unbelievably fun!

In the end, it wasn’t just a masterclass — it was a burst of joy, inspiration, and laughter. Everyone left with sparkling eyes, fresh ideas, and a newfound desire to step on stage.
Because it wasn’t just amazing. It was real.
