On 18 June 2026, the Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Brussels (Russian House), together with the Department of Social Policy of the Kurgan Region and the Kurgan Region Investment Agency Foundation, held an online presentation of the State Programme for the Resettlement of Compatriots and the support measures available in the Kurgan Region.
The event introduced the Kurgan Region Government’s information project “Russian Dream” (“The Kurgan Region Invites”), which brings together a comprehensive package of support measures for foreign citizens participating in the State Programme for the Voluntary Resettlement of Compatriots Living Abroad.
The project offers assistance including land plots, subsidies for housing construction and home purchase, employment support, and other benefits available to those relocating to the region.
The presentation attracted considerable interest, with participants asking numerous follow-up questions.
