P.I. Tchaikovsky “Seasons”

Timur Sergeenya, piano

March 8, the holiday of spring and love, is already an established good tradition to which we want to give a new sound – the sound of Russian classics.

On March 6, in the Russian House in Brussels, “The Seasons” by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky will be performed by an outstanding musician, professor of piano at the Luca School of Arts (Leuven) – Timur Sergeyenia.

This music is familiar from childhood, and still it seems impossible to look at these amazing in beauty and depth pictures of Russian nature, Russian character, Russian soul.

Despite the fact that the idea did not belong to Tchaikovsky himself, the sound of this music is surprisingly lyrical. Perhaps because this form met the composer’s deep heartfelt need to “depict how charming the Russian countryside and the Russian landscape are to me”.

On March 6, this music will be performed at the Russian House, once again filling our hearts with beauty and hope.

The concert will be followed by the vernissage of the exhibition of the artist

The concert will be followed by the vernissage of the exhibition of the artist Walt d’Aquavilia from Belgium and Philippe Biermé from France.
