On May 13, as part of film screenings commemorating the 100th anniversary of Russia’s largest film studio, Mosfilm, and Victory Day, the film “White Tiger” directed by Mosfilm’s director, Karen Shakhnazarov, was screened at the Russian House cinema club in Belgium.
In his video address to Belgian viewers, Karen Georgievich emphasized the relevance of the film in modern realities and congratulated all viewers on Victory Day. The Russian House in Brussels will continue to screen films by the director this year and hopes that in September Karen Georgievich will be able to come to Brussels and present his film “Anna Karenina. The Story of Vronsky,” which will open the festival dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Russia’s largest film studio.
Before the screening, certificates and valuable prizes were also awarded to the winners of the “Victory Dictation,” which took place at the Russian House venue in Brussels.
On May 21, we will continue the screenings commemorating the 100th anniversary of Mosfilm with the film “Courier”.
We look forward to seeing you at our cinema club!
